How to cancel your subscription

Find your billing confirmation email

Check your inbox for the email from Stripe with subject "Your Outreach subscription". It contains a link to manage your billing.

Open the customer portal

Click "Manage your subscription" in that email, or email us at garrettiswoodside@gmail.com and we will send you a direct cancellation link.

Cancel in the Stripe portal

Click "Cancel plan" and confirm. Your access remains active until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

Confirm cancellation

You will receive a cancellation confirmation from Stripe. After your billing period ends, your access key will be deactivated automatically.

Frequently asked questions

Outreach is an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that connects to your Gmail account and lets Claude AI send personalized cold outreach emails on your behalf. You talk to Claude naturally, tell it who to contact and why, and it drafts and sends the email for you. It also tracks who you have already contacted so you never send duplicates.
Once you subscribe, you will receive an email with your personal access key and server URL. Add that URL to Claude's MCP settings, then open Claude and ask it to connect your Gmail. It will walk you through a Google sign-in. You only need to do this once.
No. We request the gmail.send permission only, which is the narrowest Gmail permission available. This allows us to send emails on your behalf but gives us zero access to read, search, or modify any emails in your inbox or sent folder.
When you cancel, your access remains active until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you subscribed during beta at $5/month, that price is locked in for as long as you stay subscribed. If you cancel and resubscribe, the standard rate applies.
Check your spam folder first. If it is not there, email us at garrettiswoodside@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout and we will resend your key within a few hours.
  1. Open Claude desktop settings (top right menu → Settings)
  2. Go to the "Developer" tab and click "Edit Config"
  3. Add your server URL under the MCP servers section using the format provided in your welcome email
  4. Restart Claude and ask it to connect your Gmail

Yes. Your OAuth token is stored with restricted filesystem permissions on our server, never transmitted to any third party, and never logged. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
The Claude desktop app (where you connect MCP servers) is currently available on Mac and Windows. Outreach works with both. The server itself runs remotely so there is nothing to install on your machine.
During beta, Outreach is $5/month for up to 100 users. Once the beta period ends, new subscribers will pay $9.99/month. If you subscribe during beta, your price is locked at $5/month for as long as you stay subscribed.
